Winter Session: Set the Table

Author's Table is a supportive, collaborative community for self-published authors who are ready to build a thriving readership.

In the Winter Session, we set the table for your author business, one piece at a time:

• January: Your vision. Write one personal business goal for the quarter.
• February: Your home base. Strengthen your website or landing page.
• March: Your reader list. Start or grow your email list.
• April: Your sales path. Map the way from your book to your reader’s next step.

3 Tracks

Every author comes to the table at a different stage, so in January you’ll take a simple checkup and choose one of three tracks.

1. Foundation is for authors putting the first simple pieces of their business in place.
2. Builder is for authors who have some pieces, like a website or a small list, and want them working together.
3. Grower is for authors with steady sales who are ready to expand their reach. We learn together in one shared workshop, then you take the action steps that fit your track.

On the 2nd Thursday of each month, we gather for a workshop. On the 4th Thursday, we come back together for Author’s Check-In, a time to talk through what you’re learning and share your progress.

You won’t just leave with another good idea; you’ll have a business that’s set and ready for readers.
